We’ve had a really successful year with all our participants on The Duke of Edinburgh scheme. 15 pupils successfully completed their Bronze Award this year which was a great achievement.
A group of 11 pupils undertook their Silver 3 day expedition over the past weekend, the weather was hot, the rucksacks were heavy and the midges were out in full force !! but the group were amazing and enjoyed some great chat and amazing views.

Iona achieved a bronze medal in the U17 200m at a recent Scottish Schools Athletics Association meet, this was a fantastic achievement as this is not Iona’s preferred event.
