Pupils are given the opportunity to evaluate (through discussions with teachers) their course pathway from the end of S1 so that from S2 onwards pupils can accurately shape their courses and maximise pupil engagement and enjoyment. The shape of both the aesthetic and sports course from S2 onwards will always try to build on prior learning, therefore examples of activities offered would be:

Team Games: handball, rugby, dodge ball, water-polo, fitness training programmes.

Aesthetic activities: power walking (pedometers), aqua-aerobics, step, box-circuits, zumba, Insanity, dance and trampolining.
