Knowledge & Doubt – The general aim of this unit is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to examine, discuss and evaluate theories of knowledge.
Arguments in Action – This unit’s aim is to develop student’s ability to think philosophically and critically. Students will acquire a set of thinking and philosophical skills that they can apply to analyse and evaluate a range of everyday and philosophical arguments.
Moral Philosophy – The general aim of this unit is for students to learn different moral theories and analyse and evaluate different moral positions in relation to real-life situations – essentially studying Utilitarian and Kantian ethics.
