Pembroke College, Cambridge University – Arts & Humanities Residential – S5 Pupils

Applications are open for a five day arts & humanities residential at Cambridge University. this is free of charge apart from travel. Students will have the opportunity to meet current students and members of staff, take part in academic sessions which will cover a variety of arts and humanities subjects and find out what life is like at the University of Cambridge. Georgia (USA) Rotary Student Programme (2019/20)

This is open to pupils who will be 18 by 01 August 2019. Pupils will undertake a course of study at a University College in Georgia between Autumn 2019 until May 2020. This programme is almost fully funded by the rotary clubs of Georgia and includes all course fees, accommodation, books and some pocket money. Students need to pay for flights, health insurance, VISA and SAT test. Applicants will still apply for a UCAS placement in UK as normal and then defer if they are successful ...

John Byrne National Drawing Competition

Huge congratulations to  Marium Barouni (S2) who was recently announced as a runner up in the John Byrne National Drawing Competition.

At the end of 2017 budding young artists in Scotland were urged to enter the fourth annual John Byrne National Drawing Competition.  Since the launch of the competition, thousands of pupils across Scotland have submitted their artwork to be judged by the renowned artist and playwright himself with the winning selections being exhibited at Paisley Museum and Art Gallery.
