The Aquanauts Livingston Swimming Club aims to provide a fun and successful learning environment which promotes the development of each swimmer to their own desired potential. Aquanauts’ swimmers are part of a great team, with swimmers forming long and lasting friendships, and a healthy respect for themselves, their team mates and coaches.

Our coaching programme works to improve the technical aspect of all strokes to the best of each swimmer’s ability. There are no restrictions on age, ability, gender or race.

Swimmers can progress from our swimming lessons programme, into Super Improvers, Fins, Super Fins and Top Squad within the club. Swimmers who show strong competitive potential may be invited to join Swim West Lothian’s Performance Development Squads.

We are a competitive swimming club, entering swimmers into galas at local, regional and national levels.

Events / Activities

Aquanauts’ swimmers have the opportunity to compete in many swimming galas including the Forth Valley Junior League and the Swim West Lothian Splash League. As swimmers progress they can enter other local, regional and national galas.

Each year Aquanauts holds its own swimming galas as well as the highly competitive Club Championships.

We also regularly organise social events which help to form a strong team spirit. Recently we have had trips to Murrayfield ice skating, ten pin bowling and the Time Capsule. We have also taken part in the Queen’s Baton parade, had fun swimming sessions, Halloween parties and summer family BBQs.
