With this year’s exams fast approaching, Education Scotland has published information for parents and carers on how to support their children as they prepare for exams, with links to:
- The Supporting Study section on Parentzone Scotland, which provides advice on how to support your child as they prepare for exams covering managing their time, getting organised, studying and keeping well.
- The National Parent Forum of Scotland revision guides, including Nationals in a Nutshell, Highers in a Nutshell and Revision Guides for the new Highers.
- The SQA website, which has useful information including the exam timetable (with an option to create your child’s own personal timetable), past papers and advice and guidance.
Pupils have already received two SQA information booklets “Your Exams 2015 (What You Need to Know)” and “Don’t Be The Last To Know”.
Pupils can also register with MySQA to receive their results by text or email.
